Request for Seminar Proposals

The MRA Educational Foundation's Education Committee is requesting seminar proposals for the 2013 New England Food Show.  We are looking forward to recieving new and innovative proposals that represent the realities of today's industry with creative new concepts and learning strategies.  Seminars are slated to run one hour in length.  Deadline for Seminar proposals is October 31, 2012.

Past program topics have included:

-Restaurant trends -Up-selling   
-Employment law  -Fire safety
-Dealing with stress in the industry  -Customer retention 
-Customer service   -Health as a menu choice 
-Increasing take out business  -Food allergens 
-Getting good publicity  -Digital marketing  
-Opening a restaurant  -Loss Prevention
-Going "Green"   -Employee benefits
