A Food Handlers’ Course from the MRA

Please note: this course IS NOT the course for the mandatory food manager certification.  The MRA uses ServSafe® for our managers’ course.

This course is meant for food handlers, and it teaches important, basic, food safety.  It is ideal for all who are non-managers in charge including cooks, dishwashers, prep people and waitstaff.  It is a way for your foodservice operation to show both your employees and your customers that you are serious about food safety.

The Food Handlers’ course is conducted online, and the fee is $10.  Those signing up for the course are able to study at their leisure by bookmarking their position.  Upon successful completion of the exam, a certificate can be downloaded and printed.
